Our Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you don't like a product for any reason, you have the right to send it back for a full refund, less shipping and handling, within 30 days. Just call our office at 1-877-492-8123 or email us support@pacificsandsinc.com prior to returning the product to notify us. Once we receive the returned item(s) your refund will be issued. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
if an item is defective or damaged, we will refund the total amount, including shipping and handling, as well as pay to have the item(s) returned to our facility or replace the item at no charge. Returned items must be with the original carton, packaging and receipt.
Please note: Case returns will also incur a 15% restocking fee.
