Out of Country Orders: Please contact Randum Creative Group, LLC. at 262-898-1522. Please Allow 8 to 10 business days when choosing "BEST WAY" Shipping option. These go via FedEx Super Saver. Shipping occurs from our warehouse in Racine, WI Monday – Friday. When calculating estimated shipping time, note that weekends are not included as shipping days. Orders placed before 8AM central time are generally shipped same day. Generally your order will ship the first working day after it is placed.
Our Return Policy: Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you don't like a product for any reason, you have the right to send it back for a full refund, less shipping and handling, within 30 days. Just call our office at 1-262-898-1522 or email us geeks@ecogeeks.com prior to returning the product to notify us. Once we receive the returned item(s) your refund will be issued. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. If an item is defective or damaged, we will refund the total amount, including shipping and handling, as well as pay to have the item(s) returned to our facility or replace the item at no charge. Returned items must be with the original carton, packaging and receipt.
Please note: Case returns will also incur a 15% restocking fee.
